Polly Green is an award-winning filmmaker known for weaving powerful, emotionally resonant stories with visually striking cinematography. With a background as a professional whitewater kayaker and spiritual medium, Polly brings a rare blend of grit, depth, and intuitive insight to her work behind the camera.

Her documentary films, including Nomads and ONE – Protect the Nile River, have screened at top international festivals and won multiple awards, including Best Documentary at the Action/Cut Short Film Competition and the Daniel Delavergne Spirit Award at the Asheville International Film Festival. She has documented everything from rural health campaigns and global relay runs to elite athletes and sacred rivers, always focusing on themes of resilience, connection, and transformation.

Polly has traveled to over 40 countries and works as a one-woman crew—directing, shooting, producing, and editing her films independently.
